Delivery

All the orders made before 1:00 PM, from Monday to Friday, are shipped the same day (subject to availability of the article, excluding public holidays and exceptional closure).

The articles missing or in preorders will be sent as soon as we receive them. Do not hesitate to contact us to have more informations.

Si vous souhaitez retirer votre colis directement en boutique (Click’n’Collect), ou si vous désirez que vos colis soient envoyés par votre propre transporteur (Groupage), merci de contacter un membre de notre équipe via le Chat en Ligne ou par téléphone pour qu’il vous active le mode « port du ».

On the Shipping page, please select transport by « Elli White », to ship the box directly to the address of your choice. Shipping fees will be then automatically calculated depending on the weight of your box and the delivery address.

We take care of sending your box with our partner carriers (GLS, DPD, Colissimo, Chronopost) according to their speed. 

After confirming your order, be sure to check that your delivery address is correct. By default, the delivery and shipping address are the same. If that’s not the case, please updateit, and be sure to add a phone number.

Even if your card has been declined, we have received your order.

If you want to keep it, please contact a member of our team as soon as possible. You can then pay the order by transfer or redo a card test.

We will start the preparation of the order only after confirmation on your part.

We generally download your shipping paper on your account in the "History and Detail of My Orders" section.

We often have several models in the same fabric or print.

You can easily find them under a product sheet in the section "in the same material".
